So my weigh in yesterday didn't yeild any numbers. I will admit I was a tad disappointed. I worked out three days, I was pretty concious of my eating habits, and I even skipped cake at my cousins wedding on Saturday.
But, since New Years Day, I've been participating in a facebook group called Start Clean 2013 a page created by Healthy Heddleston. I am having a blast! It's all about getting healthier in the new year. First week of the new year down. Here were my challenge photos and notes::

So I had lunch with friends from out of town for lunch but I packed a salad for dinner at work first time ever doing that :)

Ps my husband got me a sweet tea from McDonald's which is my favorite thing to drink right now and my daughter spilled it all over the floor almost right after. My husband brought it home! Apparently she didn't think I should be drinking anything but water lol

Well I tried to get my son (4) to be my workout buddy but he refused, any other day he would lol but my daughter kept making me hold her during the walking parts of my couch-to-5k I do in my living room. Lol then she would stamp her feet to do what she thought I was doing during the running parts lol

My first time ever planning out meals ahead of time - not such a good try but I am excited about some of the things I got at the store including granola and Kashi go lean cereal I have never tried either of them I also got oranges which I never have bought
So proud that you are working so hard to get healthy, especially your eating habits. I know that you can do this, one day at a time!
